Material within this package is copyright P.M. Opacic & SandSoft - all rights are reserved. By purchasing a copy of this software the purchaser is granted a license to install and run a SINGLE copy of the software on a SINGLE computer. A separately licensed copy of the software must be purchased for EACH POINT OF USE whether that be a stand-alone computer or a network workstation.
The licensee is entitled to telephone technical support for a period of 90 days following the invoice date. Support beyond this period of time may be offered solely at SandSoft's discretion.
Limited warranty
SandSoft warrants the media on which this software is supplied to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days following the invoice date. During that period SandSoft's sole liability shall be to replace any defective media.
The software is supplied on an 'as is' basis and, whilst every effort is made to ensure that the software functions as it was designed to do, SandSoft makes no representations that the software is error-free or will meet functions required by the user. It shall be the responsibility of the user to ensure that the software meets their requirements.
SandSoft shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequential or incidental damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use the product even if SandSoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
